We now have again fine quality Northern White Pine Furniture hand crafted in Lancaster, PA by Amish craftsman. Available Painted, Stained, Varnished in a Distressed finish that has rubbed through edges and wear spots that gives a time worn look to the furniture. Also available is a Antiqued finish that gives a very old graceful aged appearance with worm holes, cracks, a bit of crackle and wear spots in the finish that give a very warm old look.
Stop in and see our catalog, samples will be in our store in late October, some pieces are take with, such as benches, chairs, bookcases, others need to be delivered. Chose from 12 colors, two tones, stains and more. Custom pieces, sizes, modifications and kitchen and/or family room walls, especially entertainment walls that fit the new large flat screen TV’s (up to 52″/54″) are a specialty. Custom colors, milk paint and custom stains are all part of this craftsman’s heritage and offerings.

Glass Cowboy Hats by glass artist Dianne Rasmussen
We spent last Sunday at the Rosen trade show in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The show features American hand made crafts with many glass artists. We were taken by the unique colors and styles of Dianne Rasmussen’s work. We have one of her glass cowboy hats coming plus she had beautiful wine glasses in four styles and four colors which we ordered. I don’t have a good picture of the glasses but I’ll post a picture after we receive them. If you like the Cowboy hat an artist friend of Dianne’s makes a stand with a horseshoe base..Neat !

Hand Blown Weiner Dog
Here’s another neat item from the Rosen show in Philadelphia by glass artist Cathrine Labonte`.
Weiner Dogs !
The Weiner Dogs are all hand blown glass, avaailable in 12 colors, 4 of which are transparent similar to the dog in the picture, (see our page via the link below for all the colors). Cathrine also does Cats, Mice and a Bull Dog looking dog among other neat glass items. Because of the wide variety of colors we’re going to get a sample but it will take four to six weeks to receive a custom color, so think ahead, like two months. If you want to give a gift that no one else will come close to in cool, this is a real consideration.
