Just Arriving Gourmet Goodies from the Blue Bay Crab Company.

If you like spicy we got the treats for you! Starting with Blue Bay’s Signature Bloody Mary mixes, available with or without Clam juice and Margarita Mixer. These make a nice inexpensive hostess gift. We also received their Sea Salted Virginia Peanuts and their wonderful spicy Crab House Nuts. Roasted and Salted Peanuts coated with spicy crab dip seasoning. These will wake you up on that hot lazy summer evening. We also have “Skipjacks”, select Virginia Peanuts in a Honey-Toffee coatings mixed with Chesapeake Bay Seasoning. Of course we have Chesapeake Bay Seasoning and Crab Dip Blend and Chesapeake Sea Salt. Soon we’ll also have Crab Cake Mix, Crab Dip Kits and mix….ooh yes, we have the soups set. Blue Bay’s famous three pack of She Crab Soup, Crab Norfolk Soup and Eastern Shore Clam Chowder. By the way Blue Bay is a past Sofi award winner !

Looking towards the Fall

We spent a day off visiting local Pennsylvania wineries located in Chester, Delaware and Lancaster counties. We hope to offer one of the local wineries fine wines in our store this fall. We found a real winner. The Kreutz Creek winery had the best wines we tasted out of six wineries. Real nice people too. We can highly recommend their Stainless Steel Aged Chardonnay, Proprietor’s Red and a wonderful Ruby “K” Port. Their web address is http://www.kreutzcreekvineyards.com/index.html

We attended the New York Gourmet Food Show in early July and we’re reviewing the products (especially the chocolate !) for our store & web. We’ll be offering many of the show’s award winners. We want to offer you a variety of reasonably priced gourmet treats that you won’t find elsewhere. We plan to have these products available in late August and early September and will be offering several styles and price ranges for gift baskets and just oneizes for you to enjoy featuring the best of the show products. This includes coffees, teas, oil & vinegars, salts and spices, chocolates, snacks, nuts, more chocolates.

Sources include Blue Bay Crab company, Williamsburg Peanut shop, Boston Tea company, Scharffen Berger cholocates and many more. Our shop is in Paoli Shopping center at the intersection of Lancaster Ave (Route 30) and Route 252. We’re about 5 miles from King of Prussia Mall or 4 miles from Newtown Square.
